Quick Look Mission Control’s interface

Running apps

When you open Mission Control, all windows in the current space spread out into their own screen areas to show what’s going on.

Top bar

Move the pointer to the top of the screen in Mission Control to reveal this bar, where you can access all your desktop spaces.

These are like multiple displays you can swap between. Click one in the top bar to switch to it, or click the + to open a new one.

The Dock

The Dock becomes visible when you’re using Mission Control, so you can open or switch to a particular app by clicking its icon.
