How to Adjust your desktop background

-

Find your desktops

When you log in to High Sierra, you’ll see it has a new desktop background. To change it, go to System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver and stay on the Desktop tab.

Change background

To use a different background, click on its thumbnail here. Or, you can choose a solid color, drag and drop an image from Finder on the top-left spot, or use your own picture from Photos.

Change it regularly

Put a check mark in both the “Change picture” and “Random order” boxes at the bottom of the window to have the background change itself, or when you log in to or wake your Mac.
