Why won’t my Wi-Fi printer use 5GHz?

Some older printers don’t support the 5GHz Wi-Fi band, or they may be incompatible with new devices operating at that frequency. If a device is having problems, it should automatically switch to 2.4GHz, but you may need to give it a hand by ensuring your Wi-Fi base station is broadcasting at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
