See who’s sharing

When you first set up sharing, you’ll be shown a list of your contacts who also share music through their Apple Music profiles. Tap the Follow button next to one’s name to be connected to their shared playlists.

Add more friends

Next, you’ll be asked if you want to find more friends on Facebook or Instagram. Choose the network you want, and sign in to see friends there who also subscribe to Apple Music. Tap Cancel if you’d rather skip this.

Add specific friends

Searching for friends is just like searching for artists: tap Search and then the search bar, ensure Apple Music is selected, then type a friend’s name. Tap Search to see matches, if any, listed under the People heading.
