How to Add pop–up menus to cells

-

1 Set cell format

Tap the cell where you’d like to place your pop–up menu. Tap the paintbrush icon to open the Format inspector, tap the Format tab, and choose Pop–Up Menu. A pre–populated list will appear, ready to be customized.

2 Populate the list

Tap ‘Item 1’ to change its label to the first option you want in your list. Repeat for the other two items, then add as many new items as you wish. To remove items, tap and drag the three–line icons to rearrange the list.

3 Select from menu

By default, the first list item will be displayed in the cell — it can be blank if you wish. Once done, tap away from the Format inspector, tap away from the cell to deselect it, then back on to it to pick an item from the list.
