SHUTDOWN TIMERS

Ever needed to run your rig for a specific length of time? If, like us, your download ETAs run late into the night, sometimes it’s easier to run a shutdown timer to get the job done. There’s a ton of free programs that do this, but we find good old command prompt does the job best. Open a command prompt, and type “shutdown -s -t XXXX” where the Xs are the time in seconds that you want your system to wait before shutting down.
