NUMBER OF HAMBURGERS SOLD BY McDONALD’S PER SECOND

Fast-food chains dominate the average number of eating-out occasions at 4.6 times a month, compared with restaurants and cafes at 4.2 times. Not surprisingly, McDonald’s topped the list as the most popular brand, with 42 per cent of those who eat fast food visiting Maccas in the past four weeks.
