Tasmanian Australian of the Year (2017), Rosie Martin, will deliver a talk on the importance of literacy, drawing on her work with Chatter Matters and related projects including Just Time – focusing on communication between children and parents – as well as CM’s ongoing partnership with Island Magazine.
