THE REFUGEES PARADOX
HARVARD LECTURE THEATRE, UTAS, THURSDAY, 5.30PM Dr Jen Couch, a senior lecturer in youth work at the Australian Catholic University, poses the question whether higher education is possible in a country without a nation-state. Her particular interest is in whether refugees living in refugee camps can have access to higher education.
