Track bosses charged over live baiting
TWO managers of a Victorian trial track at the centre of live baiting allegations have been charged by greyhound racing stewards.
Tooradin Trial Track manager and proprietor Stuart Mills and assistant manager Lawrence Cunningham have been charged with 64 offences under racing rules over their alleged involvement in live baiting, Greyhound Racing Victoria said yesterday.
So far, 11 people alleged to be involved in live baiting at the facility have been charged by GRV stewards, with six still under investigation.
