MALCOLM Turnbull has been sliding in the polls for months and was more than likely going to lose to the dud leading Labor at the moment, but the decision by Fair Work to reduce penalty rates for Sundays and public holidays will be a Work Choices noose that will hang him and the high end Liberals as it did John Howard.
