Antonio Carluccio will cook for more than 1600 people along Carlton’s Lygon St at the World’s Longest Lunch, the signature event for the 25th Melbourne Food and Wine Festival on March 31. While this event is sold out, there are 24 regional longest lunches held at the same time in spectacula­r locations around Victoria. Lunch under the olive trees at Mount Zero Olives at Laharum, on the lawns of the heritage-listed Eynesbury Homestead, on Port Phillip while sailing from Sorrento to Queensclif­f, or on the Mornington Racecourse.
