A posh public toilet with freshly delivered flowers, imported tiles and classical music has popped up in New York. The free, airconditioned facility cost nearly $A401,310 to renovate and is housed in a beaux-arts building behind the New York Public Library in Manhattan. The LED-illuminated toilets are expected to attract more than one million people a year.
