VICE-REGAL

Yesterday at the Executive Building, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor Kate Warner, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council. In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor hosted the Annual Lecture of the Hamilton Literary Society. In the evening at Colville Gallery, Salamanca Place, the Governor, accompanie­d by Mr Warner, presented the awards and officially opened the exhibition of works for the 2017 Lloyd Rees Art Prize.
