WHAT HAS CHANGED?

Height of second building, closest to Cambridge Rd - containing hospitality school and apartments - was 20m high now 16.7m in most areas. Single building running along Cambridge Rd now split into two to provide view of water from the road. Development relocated from Cambridge Rd away from the edge of the street. Facade has undergone significant changes. Ground floor of main building on the waterfront, containing the hotel, has been raised 300mm above the waterline.
