Hodge back in BBL

BRAD Hodge will resurrect his Big Bash League career with the Melbourne Renegades, embarking on his 25th season of professional cricket. The veteran batsman, who unceremoniously left the Adelaide Strikers at the end of last season, will turn 43 soon after the 2017-18 edition starts next month. Hodge captained the thirdlast Strikers last year, averaging 40.85 runs, but was sacked. He joins spinner Brad Hogg as another player over 40 in the Renegades squad.
