Ale, ale, the gang’s all here
THERE’S more to next weekend’s Hobart BeerFest than just drinking beer, with the event to also offer a packed program of live entertainment — and
Pulse can help get you right amongst it. To be held at PW1 from 2pm next Saturday (February 17), Hobart BeerFest will offer patrons the chance to sample a huge range of local, national and international craft beers, ciders and premium spirits.
Musical headliners Phil Jamieson (Grinspoon), The Potbelleez and Kid Kenobi will provide a live soundtrack to the festivities, while comedian Merrick Watts will bring the laughs.
Pulse has three double passes to Hobart BeerFest to give away to lucky readers — and each comes with $50 credit at the BeerFest Bar. To be in the running, send an email to
competition@themercury.com.au with “Hobart BeerFest competition” in the subject line, plus your name, address and mobile phone number in the body of the email. You must be 18 or older to enter. Entries close at 5pm on Tuesday, and the winners’ names will be published in Pulse next week.
