Dwyer/Dillon Reunion: There will be a reunion for descendant­s and relatives of Mary Anna and Charles Dwyer and descendant­s and relatives of the Dillon Brothers from Bruny Island on Saturday April 21 at the Alonnah Community Hall from 11am. BBQ facilities are available, please bring along your own food and drink. If possible, please also bring a salad or plate of afternoon tea to share. Tea and coffee will be available. Mathers House Café and Positive Ageing Programs: The City of Hobart provides Mathers House as a community facility with a particular focus on providing Positive Ageing programs and activities for older people. Mathers House is located in the city centre at 108 Bathurst Street, between LINC Tasmania (State Library) and the Playhouse Theatre, in Mathers Place. Pop in for snack, drink or a meal between 10am and 2pm each weekday. From midday each week day, an affordable home-style meal is served. Our diverse range of programs includes Mah-jong, Tai Chi, Zumba, Singing, Music, Art, Scrabble, Computer Lessons, Craft, Ukulele, Book Club and excursions.
