Oatlands out to end hoodoo

-

TRADITIONAL rivals Mt Pleasant and Oatlands clash in Round 5 of the Oatlands District Football Association competition tomorrow.

Oatlands has won its past two games and is aiming to defeat Mt Pleasant for the first time since 2015, while the Mounties are keen to stay in touch with the top four with a win at home.

Swansea travels to Campbell Town, with both teams desperate for a win.

The Swans expect to have several players return after having only 18 players last week, while the Robins are yet to win a game this year, despite showing glimpses of competitiveness.

Triabunna hosts Campania in the other game of Round 5.

The Roos were unlucky not to come away with the points last week, when wayward kicking proved to be a deciding factor, and they will have a couple of players out in this match.

Campania will have Matt Triffitt in the midfield and Rob Harwood on the backline return to further strengthen the team and the Wallabies will start as deserved favourites. Bothwell has the bye.
