FOR more than 100 years, Hilliard Christian School has been providing educational opportunities for students in the southern region.

From its campus at the top of West Moonah, the school provides a “one-stop shop” for education from Kindergarten through to high school, providing familiarity and convenience during the educational journey.

The Kindergarten is secure, bright, open and well-resourced, giving ample opportunities to stimulate early learning.

It is located close to the primary classrooms, which deliver the Australian Curriculum from Prep through to Year 6.

Students at Hilliard benefit from smaller class sizes and the interaction that older students have with younger ones.

Grade 5 and 6 students have access to the high school facilities and staff, participating in technology classes working with wood, food, textiles and information technology. This helps to facilitate a smooth transition for Primary students going on to Years 7-10 at Hilliard.

As well as comfortable classrooms, the school boasts a full-size indoor basketball court to ensure students have the opportunity to exercise year round.

The school’s fee structure is affordable, with assistance available for low-income families. Discounts are also available where more than one child from a family is enrolled.

As well as catering for students who live in the vicinity of the school, Hilliard Christian School has a private bus fleet that provides for students living in the northern, eastern and southern suburbs.

Students at the school are encouraged to cultivate core values of belonging, respect, integrity and perseverance.

Hilliard Christian School offers parents a values-based education for their children in a Christian environment, developing well-rounded individuals able to make a positive contribution to their community.
