Fishing for votes

HAVE you voted for the Mercury’s Falls Festival Foster Band, Squid Fishing, yet? Thanks to the Falls Festival’s annual Foster Band program, one Tasmanian act will get the chance to perform alongside the likes of Anderson .Paak and his band The Free Nationals, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Dizzee Rascal, and Chvrches on the main stage at Marion Bay. The Mercury is backing Hobart indie punk band Squid Fishing — Zena Mohamad (vocals, guitar), Ethan Groombridge (drums), Nelson Otten (guitar), and Zen Cane (bass). Voting is open until November 23.
