Things are looking messy

-

C ANBERRA musical cabaret artists Shortis and Simpson will present their sharp take on the events and characters that have shaped 2018 in Tasmania this weekend.

John Shortis and Moya Simpson will bring their inimitable satirical style to Another Fine Mess — a show so up-to-date they don’t yet know exactly what’s in it.

In the midst of prime ministerial upheavals, by-elections, tax cuts and strawberry tampering, Shortis and Simpson figure the only thing left to do is laugh.

Shortis and Simpson are performing at St George’s Parish Hall at Battery Point from 7pm on Saturday. Tickets are $35, available from eventbrite.com.au

They will then perform at Dennes Point Hall on North Bruny Island from 3pm on Sunday.
