Youthful exuberance

ACCLAIMED Sydney five-piece Gang of Youths will return to Hobart next week to perform two shows as part of a sold-out national tour. Gang of Youths — David Le’aupepe (vocals, guitar, piano), Max Dunn (bass), Jung Kim (keyboard, guitar), Joji Malani (guitar) and Donnie Borzestowski (drums) — have become one of Australia’s most popular acts in recent years. The group’s acclaimed second album, Go Farther in Lightness, topped the ARIA charts and went on to win the band 2017 ARIA Awards for best group, album of the year and best rock album. Gang of Youths are playing at the Odeon Theatre in Hobart on Wednesday and next Friday (November 16). Tickets to both shows have sold out.
