Annual Floral Tribute The Hobart Town (1804) First Settlers Association’s Annual Floral Tribute will be held at 11am on Wednesday, February 20 at the First Settlers’ Monument in Hunter St. This year will mark the 215th anniversary of the landing by Lieutenant David Collins and his party. Representatives of government, the defence forces, churches and other dignitaries will be present. Descendants and members of the public are welcome to attend and lay flowers at the memorial.
