Annual Flower Show

Lindisfarne Garden Club Inc, will be holding their annual flower show at the Lindisfarne Community Activities Centre, 37a Lincoln Street, Lindisfarne. Saturday March 16, 1.15pm4.30pm. Admission: adults $2.00, children free. There will be a display of floral art, dahlias, garden flowers and fruit & vegetables. A wellstocked stall and a raffle. Afternoon tea, provided by Lindisfarne Historical Society. Official opening at 2.30pm by Her Excellency, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner AO, Governor of Tasmania. Wurlitzer Theatre Organ Concert

Tuesday March 19 at 8pm. Featuring: UK Organist Chris Powell. Will be held at St Michael’s Collegiate School, Linmor Hall, Davey St entrance. A variety of popular music from a great entertainer on his current Australian tour. Compered by Bill Brundle. Admission $12. Concession $10 – Students and pensioners free. No bookings required.
