ARIA-NOMINATED world music group Chaika will play at the kunanyi Folk Club at Fern Tree on Saturday. The Sydneybase­d six-piece melds earthy folk with jazz and classical and is playing at the club’s Fern Tree Tavern headquarte­rs as part of a national concert and festival tour. The group was nominated for Best World Music Album at last year’s ARIAs for its latest album, Arrow. Chaika performs at the Fern Tree Tavern from 7.30pm on Saturday. Dinner bookings on 6239 1171.

ABBA tribute group Bjorn Again is the headline act at A Taste of the Huon at Ranelagh on Sunday and Monday. Now in its 28th year, the food and wine event’s arts and entertainm­ent program runs on both days. Bjorn Again and other acts including John X (who will open the festival at 10am), Jeremy

Matcham and Girl Friday will perform on Sunday. Veteran Australian performers Wilbur Wilde and Frankie J. Holden will hit the stage on Monday. The festival is at the Ranelagh Showground­s on Sunday from 10am-5pm, and on Monday from 10am-4pm. Tickets are available at the gate.
