Coach said: “The team is keen to start the season again after making the grand final for the last two seasons. We have kept most of the team with some extras included. Luke Powell will be a great addition as a ruckman. Pre-season has seen good numbers including a boot camp where players covered 20km. Jessi Arnol and Matthew Heawood are in great shape and are looking to dominate the play throughout the year.”

Coach said: “The club started pre-season in December and has trained two nights a week throughout the summer. We have had good numbers on the track, and everyone in the team is invested and keen to bring out their best this year.
