Refurbished phones

Another way to save on a premium phone is to purchase a refurbished product. Apple sells its own refurbished iPhones, which according to Apple, come with a new battery, new shell and a one-year warranty. Current refurbished phone stock is limited to the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, but if you’re after those models you can save between $80 and $120.

Kogan also does refurbished models of the iPhone, plus a few other Android phones.
