Steve Peat has thrown his weight behind these little pieces of rubber. The Push On’s [sic] are suggestive-looking silicone caps that simply push onto Schrader or Presta valves to keep the crud off. They then sit there securely until you need to pop them back off again – no screwing/unscrewing necessary. This easy fitting/removal is their main benefit and makes them ideal for cold days when you can’t bear to remove your gloves or those times when your hands are slippery with mud.
