Build a trials course

-

1Decide the start and inish points – they don’t have to be far apart and the course can be a loop. Use posts to mark these points.

2Find some obstacles to jump over, hop up onto and ride across. Logs, walls and pallets are all good options. Be careful not to ride where you shouldn’t, though.

3Adjust the dif iculty of the course by adding more obstacles or making the current ones longer or higher. Challenging yourself will make it more fun.

4See if you can get around without taking your feet off the pedals and touching the loor, known as ‘dabbing’. You have ive points to play with, with a onefoot dab on the ground equalling one point. Two feet at the same time or a hand are ive points. The aim is to complete the run without running out of points.
