Bike Chain Bissoe (www.bikechain bissoe.co.uk) is a cycling-themed cafe at the start and end of the ride, o ering a full English breakfast until 11.30am, sandwiches, soup, omelettes and salads for lunch, as well as great locally-roasted co ee, amazing cakes, cream teas and even American pancakes. And if that weren’t enough, there’s comfortable seating inside and out, cycling books and magazines to read, and even a bike shop attached. On the route, there’s a Co-op and pub in Lanner Moor, on the out-and-back linking section, and a pub by the reservoir, at the southernmost point.
