Dolgellau Cycles can help with spares/repairs (01341 423332, www. dolgellaucycles.co.uk). You can cycle over the footbridge to Barmouth on the cycle path for refreshments afterwards, if desired. There’s a pub in Llwyngwril, halfway around.
