A Hard-boiled eggs are easy to peel right after cooling, as it causes eggs to contract in the shell. After boiling and cooling in cold water, gently tap egg on the counter until shell is cracked. Roll egg in your hands to loosen shell. Start peeling and hold it under running water to help ease the shell off. For more facts and recipes, visit eggs.org.au.
