TOE-SUCKING AFFAIR Fergie’s most famous scandal was in 1992. An illicit romance with finance tycoon John Bryan went public when photographs of Bryan sucking Fergie’s toes during a vacation in Saint-tropez were published on front pages – making her enemy number one with the British public. ‘It’s one thing to be a troubled wife with marriage problems,’ wrote one paper. ‘It’s another thing to be a trollop.’

In 1996, it was revealed that Sarah was more than $5 million in debt – leading to a string of other financial problems, which soon came to light. As a result, the duchess was slammed for her overspending.

Fergie was again left with egg on her face when her former astrologer Madame Vasso published a tell-all book revealing the duchess and the Princess of Wales had a ‘violent rivalry’ for the affections of JFK Jnr. She also claimed Fergie had given Diana advice about how to spark up things in the bedroom with Charles.

In 1997, Fergie again came under fire when she publicly stated that her eight-year-old daughter Beatrice was ‘chunky’ and had been put on a diet. ‘I mean, she is only eight, but she definitely can pack it on a bit,’ Fergie, once bullied for being the Duchess of Pork, told The

SELLING ANDY TO ARABS

In 2010 Fergie was caught trying to sell access to Prince Andrew for $870,000. Notorious UK newspaper News Of The World set up the fake deal with a reporter posing as a ‘fake sheikh’ to fool Fergie into selling royal secrets. The duchess was caught on tape promising full access to her ex-husband in exchange for cash. The scandal put untold stress on the Queen.
