IS EVERYTHING OK, OSHER?

-

New fears for Osher Gunsberg have been sparked after the popular Bachelor host was recently seen looking stressed and under the weather.

Snapped leaving Sydney airport last week, the TV presenter looked uneasy as he made his way through the terminal.

Having recently released his book Back, After The Break, which explores his struggles with mental health issues, fans have questioned if the 44-year-old is suffering from stress of late.

According to posts on his Instagram account, Osher has been hitting the gym frequently and it seems he may have lost some weight in recent weeks.

Between filming The Bachelor franchise, recording his weekly podcast, releasing his debut novel – as well as a number of other exciting projects in store for the star – fans are questioning if Osher may be spreading himself too thin at the moment.

Osher has been very honest about his weight issues in the past, revealing that he even went to Weight Watchers at the very tender age of eight.

‘I’ve been really open about the struggles that I have had with my mental health and with weight loss,’ he said in 2016.

Earlier this year, in relation to the launch of his book, Osher admitted: ‘You mightn’t know that for a lot of the time you’ve known me, I’ve been managing life with mental illness.’

He continued: ‘I wanted to talk about how with the help of some great doctors, a great mentor, and my loving wife Audrey Griffen I managed to recover from the depths of psychosis to having a life that is a long way from how bad things were, because I know I’m not alone in going through what I went through.’

We hope all is OK, Osher.
