FIFI BOX ‘MY NEW BODY’
THE TELEVISION AND RADIO HOST HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER!
Fifi Box has embarked on a weight-loss journey and all her hard work is paying off. The TV and radio personality has never looked better – and it’s all thanks to her workouts!
Fifi has achieved her new trimmed-down figure with the help of personal trainer Steve Vaughan, who’s married to The Block’s Shaynna Blaze.
The fitness guru has a slew of celebrity clients – including Dannii Minogue – and he has been working with Fifi for several months now, helping her get into the best shape of her life.
Fifi is a regular at Steve’s training sessions, often sharing snaps of her workouts on social media – including everything from cardio workouts to resistance training.
Her daughter Trixie, five, is also a regular at her workouts, cheering on her mum and giving a hand by sitting on Fifi while she does push-ups.
‘I love the way my daughter encourages me working out... but I’d happily take a little less encouragement, like thirteen kilos less,’ she joked on social media.
Fifi is looking trim, taut and terrific, and now she gets to show off her amazing new body on the upcoming dating show, The Single Wives.
No stranger to the dating scene herself, Fifi will be hosting the all-new reality show that sees four previously married women put their hearts on the line for a second chance at love.
But the vivacious television personality will be with the women every step of the way as they take their first steps back onto the dating scene.
‘It’s going to be a roller coaster of a show,’ Fifi says. ‘Fun and fascinating,
‘IT’S GOING TO BE A ROLLER COASTER OF A SHOW... WITH LOTS OF EXCITEMENT ALONG THE WAY’
with lots of excitement along the way – which is perfect for me.’ Each of the four women have walked down the aisle before, but each of their marriages ended in heartbreak. Now, they are ready to brush themselves off, but they have lots to learn. The world’s number one dating coach, Matthew Hussey, will join Fifi to give the women a relationship crash course.
‘The right advice can mean the difference between someone hiding from love, repeating negative patterns in the people they choose, or finding happiness,’ says Matthew.
With the help of Matthew and Fifi, the women will build their confidence in their search for Mr Right.
But, who will find The One and who will be left brokenhearted all over again?
