With two failed marriages, Sheridan won’t be walking down the aisle right away, but she is keen to find love. ‘I am a true romantic at heart,’ the 41-year-old says. The social media strategist shares two kids with her first husband. Sadly, her second marriage didn’t end quite as amicably.

Sunnie was only 20 when she married her first husband. Since her marriage fell apart, Sunnie, 30, has been looking for Mr Right. The self-proclaimed ‘Indian Aussie bogan’ says her cultural background has made it difficult to find love again. ‘Dating is not something that is looked well upon,’ she says. ‘But I’m a romantic at heart.’

EMMA

Despite her failed four-year marriage, Emma hasn’t given up on finding The One. Since her divorce, the 28-year-old has been single for three years. But now she knows exactly what she wants. ‘A good partner is someone who consistently strives to make an effort – someone who keeps the romance alive.’

NIKKI

Happily married Nikki, 32, was expecting her first child when her husband was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident. Just days later, she went into early labour and gave birth to a baby boy, Daniel, nine, who she named after her husband. ‘We had a plan for our lives together and it was ripped from my grasp so quickly,’ she says.
