CHANNAH ZEITUNG A ‘I WANT TO BE HOLLYWOOD STAR!’

THE LITTLE BIG SHOTS STAR SHARES HER DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

-

Imagine being a seconddegree back belt at the age of 10? Well, that’s exactly what this Little Big Shot has achieved. By the age of four, Channah Zeitung had already achieved the title of youngest ever martial arts champion in her home state of California, USA.

Fast-forward to present day, and Channah is a four-time world champion in Taekwondo martial arts. With a collection of knives, sticks and machetes that she can spin around her body at lightening speeds, this is one 10-year-old that is bound to impress Australian audiences, and possibly scare host Shane Jacobson when she appears on Little Big Shots Australia!

‘My sister did martial arts first, then I was like, I’ll try that,’ she says.

While this Little Big Shot is making a name for herself in the martial arts scene, Channah dreams of taking her jawdropping talents to Hollywood.

‘I want to be an action actor,’ she reveals. ‘I want to do my own stunts in all the fight scenes. I want to be the female version of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan.’

And her prouder-than-punch mum Gloria reveals that Channah has exactly what it takes to make it in Hollywood.

‘When Channah is interested in something, she focuses and does not give up,’ Gloria says. ‘She has 100 per cent tenacity.’

When it comes to her movie inspirations, Channah also loves our Aussie stars. Wanting to play roles in action films, she looks up to Margot Robbie’s depiction of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, and she says she would love to meet our very own superhero, Chris Hemsworth. We don’t blame her!

What’s more, the martial arts fanatic is already on her way to Hollywood. Channah managed to score a guest role as a karate master on the popular Nickelodeon kids show, Game Shakers. Working with stunt coordinators, she performed all her own martial arts stunts on the show.

Channah also does nightly performances on her social media channels and has travelled the world performing her moves.

‘She loves shocking people with her talent,’ says Gloria. ‘Channah has performed in various venues in Australia, Bali, Mexico, Canada and the United States.’

But, Channah admits her mum gets nervous.

‘It’s the weapons,’ protests Gloria. ‘She does some crazy tricks.’

‘I WANT TO BE THE FEMALE VERSION OF BRUCE LEE’
