Ma llor y ‘WE GOT TATTOOS ON OUR FIRST DATE’

THE TAKE ME OUT STAR DISHES ON HER UNIQUE DATE WITH NELSON

-

It was the moment Australia had been waiting for – after failing to win a man’s heart on Take Me Out, Mallory Sedger finally scored a date with Nelson Thane.

And, while most first dates involve getting to know each other over dinner or a romantic stroll, Nelson, 23, had something completely different planned for Mallory. Her new-found flame wanted to remember their date with a tattoo!

“He told me we were going to get tattoos and he was going to get my name tattooed on him. I thought he was joking,” Mallory, 22, tells New Idea. “But he did it! He lay there like a champ and got my name in my handwriting tattooed on him. I think that by far is the most romantic thing that has ever happened to me.”

But, that’s not all, Mallory also decided to get a tattoo to commemorate their date. “I thought, why not, I want to remember this,” she reveals. “I got a little love heart with TMO for Take Me Out.”

And she’s got no regrets. “I’m definitely never going to cover it up,” she says. “It’s there for life.”

While most parents would be horrified at the thought of their daughter getting a tattoo on a first date, Mallory reveals her mum and dad weren’t shocked. “They were just so happy I got a date,” she laughs.

And her daughter getting a date wasn’t all Mallory’s mum was happy about. “I got a video of Joel and myself to show Mum – she’s a massive fan,” Mallory laughs. “She was more excited about Joel than my date.”

Despite hitting it off, Mallory – who lives in NSW and Nelson who lives in WA – have called it quits on their relationship due to the long distance. But Mallory is down to come back for round two. “I wouldn’t say no to going back if there was a second season,” she says.

?? ?? It seems Nelson and Mallory are two peas in a pod – and both decide to get tattoos to commemorate their experience together. One of the season’s most out-there and hilarious characters, Mallory is overjoyed when she scores a date with Nelson. While they hit it off, long distances proved to be their undoing.
