eith Urban has secretly met up with his wife’s ex-husband Tom Cruise during a recent trip to London – a move that has left Nicole Kidman furious.
Insiders recently revealed Nicole, 51, is distraught with worry and on a mission to save her and Tom’s adopted son Connor, 23, who is on lockdown after moving into a Scientology compound in Florida.
When Tom, 56, found out that Keith, 50, was stopping in London for his Graffiti U tour, he immediately reached out to the country star and begged him to meet. “Tom is desperate to rebuild family connections, as well as dissuade Nicole from getting herself involved in something potentially dangerous,” a source spilled.
Despite Nicole’s strained relationship with her adopted children – she and Tom also adopted Isabella, 25 – those close to the star say she is desperately worried about Connor, who recently quit his job as a DJ to work as a deep sea deckhand. He moved from the house he was sharing with friends and into the luxury property where select VIP members of the Church of Scientology live and study.
“Keith’s seen how stressed Nicole’s been over the situation with Connor and how much anxiety it’s caused her,” continues the source – which is why he agreed to meet Tom.
However, Nicole was furious that Keith went behind her back and met Tom without telling her first.
“Keith insisted he was doing it in her best interests and he wanted nothing more than for his girls to grow up with a happy family dynamic and have a relationship with their half-siblings.”
