Talk about eye candy! Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky are hitting serious body goals as they flaunt their enviable physiques on the covers of Men’s Health and Women’s Health.
And the super-fit couple have announced that they are launching their own fitness app, Centr, to help keep people motivated to stay fit and healthy.
Chris revealed that the idea for the app came from his own struggles with self-doubt and the realisation of how important it is to look after your physical and mental health. “For me not to implode from the anxiety or the pressure, you’ve got to find that centre,” he told the publication. “The whole thing is about not becoming stagnant. That’s when emotional and physical problems occur.”
