DEAN CATCHES OUT A RED-FACED COLBY WITH MACKENZIE
Their on-again/ off-again romance is going from zero to 100 in no time at all. But Mackenzie (Emily Weir) and Colby’s (Tim Franklin) sizzling relationship is about to be outed – by none other than Mackenzie’s brother and Colby’s best mate Dean (Patrick O’connor)!
And we can reveal that Dean is anything but impressed when he makes the shocking discovery!
In this week’s must-see episodes, Mackenzie continues to flirt up a storm with Colby.
“Mackenzie finds Colby physically attractive, and that has developed into this very witty banter between them,” says Emily. Still unable to get the young police officer off her mind, the new owner of the restaurant, Salt, invites Colby to drop by her house when he finishes his shift for the day.
And when Colby does just that, things quickly get hot and heavy between the young pair, with Mackenzie inviting Colby to stay the night.
But the last thing either Mackenzie or Colby are expecting is for Dean to turn up on their doorstep - keen to talk to his sister about family matters. Needless to say, Dean is in for quite a shock when Mackenzie answers the door wearing only Colby’s police shirt.
“This is definitely not what Colby had imagined happening,” says Tim.
Meanwhile, says Emily, “From Mackenzie’s point of view, she can’t understand why it’s such an issue for Dean that she’s seeing Colby.
“But Dean feels that Colby – who he has always been thick as thieves with – is breaking a friendship code that Mackenzie wasn’t aware of.”
