TEIN FILES: RYTHING RECORDED’
SHOCKING NEW DETAILS INSIDE THE LIFE AND DEATH OF SEX OFFENDER JEFFREY EPSTEIN
one fabulous talent.”
While the true extent of Epstein’s depravity with under-age minors may never be known, not all of the information died with him.
Diane says one person could have the answers: his former girlfriend, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maxwell, 58, allegedly helped recruit young girls into Epstein’s circle. A US federal investigation is focusing on Maxwell and others for their alleged involvement in the sex trafficking ring.
In early July, Maxwell was arrested over multiple criminal charges relating to Epstein’s abuse of minors.
“Unless [Ghislaine] starts to speak, I don’t think we’ll ever know the true depth of what Jeffrey did and the damage he did. Or the number of young girls,” Diane adds.
As more victims of
Epstein and his friends come forward to share their stories, a huge mystery continues to hang over the heads of investigators. Did Epstein really commit suicide, or was it a conspiracy?
“His death … that’s the big question,’ Diane says.
“Did Jeffrey kill himself, or did an outsider come into his cell and kill him? Or, did he with his vast amount of money, pay people off inside that jail to help him kill himself ? On the night Jeffrey breathed his last breath, the surveillance cameras mysteriously didn’t work.
“The two guards on duty who were supposed to watch him and check on him incessantly, didn’t do that,” Diane says. “And there were all these items in his cell that would facilitate him to kill himself. [There were] a lot of coincidences.”
While she can’t know for sure, Diane believes there are powerful and famous figures who stood to lose a lot from Epstein taking the stand in the trial – and had a lot to gain from his death.
“A whole group of well-known politicians, lawyers, [academics] … all wealthy people … titans of industry – there are so many people who would have benefited from his death.
“It’s hard to pinpoint one person,” she says. “I’ve been writing about crime and justice and reporting on it for decades, and this has to be one of the most mysterious and compelling topics I’ve ever covered.
“I just cannot believe he got away with it for as long as he did.”
