AFTER 25 YEARS, HIS MARRIAGE COMES TO A ROCKY END
Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin have announced they’re getting a divorce, amid accusations the actor was hiding assets from his wife!
Married for 25 years, split whispers began circulating when Sylvester, 76, covered up a bicep tattoo of Jennifer’s face. He replaced it with fresh ink of Butkus, his late bull mastiff who featured in the first two Rocky movies.
It then emerged that Jennifer, 54, had unfollowed Sylvester on Instagram. She posted a photo of herself with their daughters Sophia, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, writing: “These girls are my priority. The four of us forever. Nothing else matters”.
While the pair, who together are worth almost $600 million, initially denied any suggestions of a break-up, Jennifer officially filed paperwork to end the marriage on August 19.
In the court documents, Jennifer claims her husband “engaged in the intentional dissipations, deplete and/or waste of marital assets”, which had a negative impact on the “marital estate”. She has asked to be compensated by receiving more money than Sylvester does from the estate.
Sources allege that shortly before the divorce papers were filed, the couple had a “heated argument” over Sylvester’s new Rottweiler, Dwight, whom Jennifer did not want.
“It brought up other issues,” said a Page Six source.
The split also throws a spanner in the works for the reality show the couple have been filming. In a statement, Sylvester said: “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
