RENT OUT KEVIN’S RANCH!
IS THE YELLOWSTONE STAR DESPERATE FOR CASH?
Kevin Costner is finding out the hard way that $350 million doesn’t go as far as it used to. Although he is a Hollywood heavyweight, that doesn’t necessarily mean the 68-year-old actor is rolling in dough, sources tell New Idea.
The Yellowstone star has been forced to put his gorgeous 65-hectareaspen property up for rent to help finance his epic four-part civil war film series Horizon, which is shaping up to be quite the expensive endeavour.
“Kevin is haemorrhaging money into this project and things are tight,” a source tells New Idea.
“It’s why he’s renting out the home.”
While it might be bad news for Kevin, it’s great for fans of his hit Western drama, Yellowstone, who aspire to live that Dutton family-style ranch life.
For around $50,000 a night, you can stay at the luxurious 12-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate known as ‘Dunbar Ranch’.
Located in Aspen, Colorado, the rural retreat offers sweeping views of postcard-perfect mountains and valleys, just like on Yellowstone!
On top of the gorgeous views, guests can also enjoy their own lake to swim and fish in, as well as a private baseball field, ice rink and horseriding trails.
Not exactly cheap, the property does sleep up to 27 guests, meaning you can split the cost with plenty of friends.
And sources tell us you’d better get in quick, as Kevin is thinking about making some big changes – both personally and professionally.
“He is considering selling the ranch, but there are no buyers right now,” the source explains. “He’s grateful for Yellowstone’s success, but he really wants to focus on Horizon right now. He knows cash is going to be an ongoing problem though.”
