Superior storage with Jensen Classics

-

In an ideal world, a classic car should be stored in a dry, secure garage on one’s own property, although, in reality, garage space comes at a premium, especially so in today’s property market. For those who find themselves lucky enough to have suitable garage space it always seems to fill up with other bits that the family jam in there — bicycles, lawn mowers, gardening equipment, unused furniture, and a myriad of other household items that never seem to be used. The latter is not your ideal situation, so in order to solve their own woes and provide like-minded classic enthusiasts with a suitable solution, Graeme Michie and his wife Lisa Jensen started Jensen Classics. The company, located in Auckland, offers more than your mere parking space or garage — they offer discerning car aficionados a unique, secure facility in which to store their classic, exotic, investment, or collectible car. The services include having all cars plugged into battery chargers that are appropriate for the vehicle. All cars will have their engine run up to temperature on a regular basis, and staff ensure moving parts remain in optimal operating condition. Each car is offered a high- quality, breathable car cover as part of the basic package, with the option of cover upgrades depending on the customer’s requirements. In addition, access to the inside of the storage facility is restricted to Jensen Classic’s staff only. Cars are not moved from the facility, or driven, except as part of the drop-off and pick-up service, delivering them to a dedicated area within the facility, or to the work bay if required — a fully-equipped workbay, which would include a hoist and a full set of quality tools. Security is one of the main priorities for Jensen Classics with on-site staff 24 hours, seven days a week. The facility remains fully fenced and gated, and has a comprehensive security system, including highdefinition CCTV. Sleep easy knowing that your vehicle receives the best storage and care on the market. Visit jensenclassics.co.nz for further information.
