Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort:

This Graham Papworth-designed golf course is rated one of the best in Australia and likes to pose a challenge, with 69 bunkers and water in play on 12 holes. Noosa Valley Country Club:

This spectacula­r course was described by Australian Golf Digest Magazine as “a golfing gem” and is the first golf course in Australia to be accepted into the ABC’s Open Garden Program.

It’s just off the Eumundi Noosa Rd and while the course does not offer competitio­n play, conquering its holes holds its own rewards. Golf shop/restaurant: 5449 1411.

This is the newly reopened Peregian Golf Course with a driving range in the heart of Peregian Springs. The course is set amid tree-lined fairways, with a number of holes featuring lakes and waterways providing golfers a pleasant but testing outlook.

Located at Peregian Springs Dr, the licensed clubhouse is a local social drawcard.
