A winter nig ht’s dream Kirkjufell , Iceland

This is a 92-second exposure of the Northern Lights. The foreground is being lit from the light of a town a couple of kilometers away. I spent quite a while walking the scene looking for the perfect place where the falls would balance well with the hill in the background. If you’re hiking, you need a decent backpack – I use a Mindshift Rotation 180.
