When­ever you’re pho­tograph­ing air­craft land­ing or tak­ing off, your choice of shut­ter speed is par­tic­u­larly im­por­tant – it needs to be slow enough to blur the back­ground and show that the air­craft is mov­ing, not sim­ply sit­ting on the tar­mac.
