For our next shot we moved out into the open fields nearby, and the aim here was to capture Gerden and Zoe in natural surroundings. Leslie worked out a route for the horse through the trees and out into the open, so that we knew where the best shots would be and were able to take advantage of the lighting. Leslie knows this spot well, so she knew where to stop the horse for our hotshot. Again, it was all about getting the perfect interaction between horse and rider, and this is much easier if they both know each other.
